Founder's Story
I started my real estate career over 25 years ago in the real estate appraisal business. Over the years, I transitioned into the real estate brokerage business and eventually co-founded a private equity firm. I managed acquisitions, property renovations, and general management for the assets I acquired on behalf of the firm.
I built my career on uncovering risks, quantifying hidden costs, and ensuring every property acquired was worth the investment. Over time, that skillset became my personal brand and the part of my work that investors relied on most.
In 2023, I made the decision to take that passion into a new direction, one that allowed me to pursue meaningful work while living a more balanced life. I sold my company and built a business around real estate inspections and consulting along the Gulf Coast.
Today, I spend my time out in the field walking properties, consulting with owners about their investments, and meeting great people. The change in pace and life-style has truly been a Godsend!
